Cremains should be shipped to us USPS Priority Express as per the postal service regulations on shipping cremains; we'll accept shipments if they arrive to us otherwise.

Shipping Costs

We do not cover the cost of shipping the kits back to us; if you're ordering from multiple options you'll be given the choice to send all kits to Austin or send kits out individually and directly to artists for faster turn-around.

You can send in cremation ash from people and pets via Fedex (~$15), USPS (~50) or pet ashes (only) via UPS (~$15)

If you are sending via the post office (USPS) you are now required to ship in a official priority express cremation box.
